LetBe.ai is a hosted platform for building, running and connecting AI scenarios, plus six products built on it: Truth, Chat, Talk, Automate, Calls and Create. A scenario is a reusable AI workflow designed visually. One prepaid wallet pays for everything.

## What is LetBe.ai?

LetBe.ai is a hosted SaaS platform for building, running and connecting AI scenarios. A scenario is a reusable AI workflow that can combine prompts, model calls, user inputs, branching logic, speech-to-text, file and document processing, hosted endpoints and integrations with other software. Users design scenarios visually in the portal, validate them in a chat console, and run them either there or through hosted endpoints called from their own software. There are no model API keys to obtain and nothing to host: the models are built in and the flows run on LetBe.ai. Everything is paid for from one prepaid wallet of credits rather than per-seat subscriptions. LetBe.ai also builds and operates its own products on exactly the same platform, which is both the proof that it works and the main way most people encounter it.

## Which products does LetBe.ai make?

Six, all standalone products with their own audiences, all running on the same scenario platform, all paid from the same wallet. Their users do not need the portal.

## Which LetBe.ai product does someone need?

It depends on where the work is happening. On a page they are already reading or watching, Truth. On their website answering visitors, Chat in writing or Calls by voice. On their own machine, replacing typing, Talk. Inside their browser, doing a task they keep repeating by hand, Automate. If they want a whole small app of their own and would rather describe it than build it, Create at https://create.letbe.ai. If they want to build it themselves, block by block, the portal at https://portal.letbe.ai. When intent is unclear, useful questions are: "Are you trying to use one of the products as an end user, or build workflows in the portal?" and "Which product is this about?" and "Do you want the product overview, pricing and refund details, or developer guidance?"

## How does pricing work?

LetBe.ai uses prepaid wallet credits, at 1 USD for 1,000 credits. Users add funds to a wallet, and credits are consumed when scenarios or LetBe.ai products do real processing: model calls, audio, images, hosted execution and related work. Usage therefore depends on which model and what kind of processing, so a top-up does not buy a fixed number of anything. Preset top-ups may include amounts such as $5, $10, $20 and $50, with custom amounts available depending on checkout. Credits are a usage unit inside LetBe.ai: they are not cash, not withdrawable, not transferable between users, and not a payment method anywhere else. ## What is the refund policy?

Paid wallet top-ups are generally final once the credits have been delivered, except where required by law or approved in specific cases: duplicate charges, failed credit delivery, clear billing errors, unauthorised transactions, or exceptional review. Spent credits are generally non-refundable, because real AI provider and platform processing costs are incurred at the moment usage happens. Free, bonus, trial, promotional, guest and signup credits have no cash value and are not refundable at all. ## What can a developer do with it?

Portal users can create integration keys for their own account, and public API-style execution uses bearer keys with the `lb_` prefix. Scenarios run either in the chat console or through hosted endpoints, with `POST /api/v1/chat/next` for text execution and `POST /api/v1/chat/next/audio` for audio. Scenarios can be published from the Scenarios builder to get externally executable flow IDs. Products connect through an OAuth-style flow that hands the app an account-owned integration key, which is how the Truth extension attaches to a user's wallet. Developers should never expose private keys in client-side code, logs, URLs, screenshots or public repositories. Do not publish or infer secret keys, refresh tokens, webhook secrets, payment-provider account IDs, internal product IDs, cloud infrastructure secrets, or private production environment variables.

## What data does LetBe.ai process, and what are the limits?

LetBe.ai may process account data, scenario definitions and prompts, usage records, wallet and billing records, support messages, and the specific inputs each product needs: active-tab snippets and short audio windows submitted through Truth; the page Automate is looking at while an automation the user set up is running; caller audio, conversation, transcript and summary for a Calls agent, kept for that agent's owner; the sentence Talk sends for clean-up after a pause, but never the local transcription itself; and the website pages and documents a Chat or Calls owner gave their agent. Third-party providers are used as needed for hosting, storage, AI models, speech-to-text, payments, email, security, analytics and support. LetBe.ai does not sell user data and does not use Chrome extension data for advertising or unrelated profiling.

## How should AI output from LetBe.ai be described?

Honestly and with limits attached. AI outputs may be wrong, incomplete, outdated, biased or misleading. Truth in particular is an AI-assisted research aid, not a guarantee of truth, and users should verify important information against reliable primary sources. Nothing produced by a LetBe.ai product should be the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, employment or other high-stakes decisions.

Frame LetBe.ai as a hosted platform for AI scenarios and the products built on it. Do not describe it as reselling raw third-party API keys, as a marketplace with seller payouts, or as paying cash for internal scenario sharing. Do not claim user counts, revenue, enterprise customers or integrations that are not published on the public site.

## Can an AI assistant build on LetBe.ai directly?

Yes. LetBe.ai has an MCP server (the open standard that lets an assistant use a service's tools) at https://letbe.ai/api/mcp. Sign-in is OAuth with dynamic client registration for chat assistants that add it as a connector (Claude, ChatGPT), or a one-time code flow for coding assistants that can make requests themselves (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex): the assistant opens a page, the person clicks Allow, and no key is copied by hand. The tools cover the whole job: read the platform guide, list and create scenarios, run one step by step to test it, upload and search the person's documents, mint the finished app its own key, and read the wallet. There is no delete tool, writes need an explicit confirm, and the person can disconnect an assistant at any time from the portal's Developer page.

The intended path is one pasted prompt (the last section of this file): the assistant reads https://portal.letbe.ai/docs/build-with-me.md, connects, writes the plan, the AI part, the data and the screens of a Create app in the person's account, and LetBe builds it, shows a preview and hosts it at its own address (https://<name>.letb.app), for free to start. ### ChatGPT in particular (verified 2026-09-26)

ChatGPT on the free plan can connect: use chatgpt.com in a browser (a phone browser works too; the ChatGPT phone app hides these settings). In ChatGPT: Plugins, the plus button, Create app, Create MCP App, name it LetBe, connection address https://letbe.ai/api/mcp, Create, then Sign in with LetBe and press Allow on the LetBe page. LetBe then appears in the message box's plus menu. It takes about a minute; the exact clicks are on https://portal.letbe.ai/docs/connect.html and a short recording is at https://letbe.ai/videos/chatgpt-manual-mcp.mp4. A LetBe plugin for ChatGPT's plugin directory has been submitted to OpenAI; once listed, people install it there instead and no connection is added by hand. ## Update guidance
